An ongoing project, The Quarters is a residential property development in the heart of Manchester. Based on the historical art deco department building that once stood there, I designed a brand identity that had this historical essence, whilst also appealing to a trendy young inhabitant of Northern Quarter.

I used interlinking Qs to represent the two residential Quarters buildings. I knew I wanted to create a pattern or monogram that would allude to the textiles that were once sold in the old art deco department store.
