For Milan Design Week, Tod’s presented an exhibition centred on hybridisation, exploring the dialogue between traditional craftsmanship and evolving technology. Five primitive structures were reimagined with modern materials, each housing a video interview with one of eight influential creatives discussing their perspectives on contemporary life. The exhibition invited visitors to reflect, in this ever-changing world, on construction technologies and the techniques lost through the transition from manual to industrial, and now technological, building practices.
